1. For every 2.00 you donate you will be allocated a strip of 5 tickets.  

2.Please include your full name and the last four digits of your mobile number when you make your donation. If you are employed outside of Balfour Beatty please include your company name.

3. Raffle tickets will NOT be added to the draw without a full name, company name and last four mobile digits.

4. A spreadsheet will be issued on a regular basis so you will know what your ticket numbers are.

5. The draw will be filmed and the tickets will be chosen by an independent person (s).

6. The winning numbers and items won will be issued to all who have taken part.  It will be the winners responsibility to contact Sarah Fletcher to arrange to claim your prize.  Sarahs number will be issued just before the draw.
