Story

Hi Everyone,
For everyone who knows our dedication to Guiness, laziness and potato snacks we felt we should do something good before Ian hit 35 on the 16th September.  As a sheer coincidence there is a 10K run in Stirling on 16th September and we are running this on behalf of Williams Syndrome Foundation. This is a little known charity and is funded fully by charitable donations. One of my best friends has a beautiful and fun loving nephew who has this syndrome and it makes it even more special for us to support this great cause.  In fact it helps motivate the lots of us and get our fat behindst off the sofa at nights and go out training.  The run is organised and run as an athletics event so please sponsor the people who will be last.
Thanks
Ian, Paul, Tommy & Martin
.

About the charity

The Williams Syndrome Foundation was formed in 1980 and is run by parents for parents of children with this rare condition which causes heart and kidney problems and learning difficulties. It desperately needs funds to finance its ambitious research and family support programmes which include national conventions and regional meetings.
