We find ourselves reading incorrect, biased, false & Islamophobic information about Islam. We hear about the abuse some muslims would receive because of their faith. We hear about sister's hijab being pulled off because she wants to cover herself, we hear fake news being promoted about Islam.

Question: What are we doing to solve this problem. We are part of the solution, we are here living in the west & have a key role to play in changing the dynamics, in changing the negative narrative about Islam.

We have to speak about Islam, its beauty, its positivity, its vision, how it helps develop the society, how it brings families together, how it helps people in need. We need to play part.

Discover Islam is an organisation that i support & believe its carrying out our responsibility. It has organised 100s of exhibitions & presentations with the help of Allah to build a better understanding of Islam & clear misconceptions. 

Exhibition & Educational presentations are one of the most effective ways to present the correct teachings of Islam. They are able to answer pertinent, difficult & frequently asked questions & clear misconceptions about islam in a relaxed & welcoming environment. Visitors feel at ease & take the first steps to learn about Allah & HIS guidelines.

Discover Islam has taken the responsibility to deliver the work & are in need of support to carry on. We need to support them regularly & should also setup a monthly standing order.

I aim to inshallah raise £30,000 for the project. 

£20,000 will go towards the amazing Exhibition Project. They aim to improve current exhibition, setup new Exhibition in Liverpool & Birmingham. Support the exhibition team.

£10,000 will go towards admin & Islamic Informative Literature Printing.

"We record that (deeds) which they have put forward and their traces (that which they have left behind)." [Al-Qur'an 36:12]

Abu Hurayrah RA, reported that Allah's Messenger, PBUH, said, "When a human being dies, all of his deeds are terminated except for three types: an on going sadaqah, knowledge (of Islam) from which others benefit, and a righteous child who makes dua for him." [Muslim]
