Yes, I'm joining a group of other like minded (and slightly mad) people to cycle the approx. 900 miles from Bilbao (northern Spain)  over the Pyrenees, through France and back to Colchester, Essex - in a week!  

We are raising funds for the  Children’s Community Nursing Team, who are children`s nurses providing high quality nursing care and support, within the community setting,  for families with children who have an acute or chronic illness. 

Any donation, large or small is greatly appreciated.

Training is already underway, a combination of group cycling classes, road rides (weather permitting) and turbo trainer sessions.
