I'm 68 & a former Royal Marine. I've had a Quadruple Heart Bypass and have Prostate & Bladder Cancer and now recently diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis which requires surgery so a bit of a Basket Case. However, there are other former and serving Royal Marines who are worse off than me so I am doing the 2014 Yomp to raise money for their welfare.
