On 7th July 2013, we (Lydia, John, Luke, Bas, Alan, Carina, Jamie and Lara) will be swimming a relay across the English Channel.

We’re expecting the swim to take around 15 hours and for the water temperature to be about 15 degrees (we will just be wearing swimming costumes). You can read more about it here: www.swimforchange.com
