My daughter Sadie, 7 at the time,  had a heart transplant at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle, December 31st 2012. 

She received incredible care from a world class facility, and myself and her whole family would like to show our apreciation by raising as much money as we can. This money will be used by CHUF, Childrens Heart Unit Fund, to improve the life of children who are gravely ill or recovering from surgery.
