For 2016 Six Degrees have selected Africa Tikkun as their charity of choice.

If that wasn't a compelling story enough, I am opting in to undertake a Triathlon in September for the cause...!

Yes, you heard right! Surely the thought of me swimming/drowning in Dorney Lake, followed by riding a bike (I can do that bit), followed by a run (distance to be confirmed, distance completed using my own legs is also to be confirmed) is enough to donate.
