Like last year I am once again asking to be sponsored for Windsurfing4CancerResearch (W4CR). I took part in the SunriseSunset fun/fundraising event at Hayling Island on Sunday 2nd May 2010  'on the water...beating cancer'.

My personal challenge was to start windsurfing from Sunrise (05:37) and to windsurf non-stop...Well I did it...on the water at Sunrise 05:37am and with conditions from no wind early on to gusty offshore winds throughout the day it was a tiring but thoroughly rewarding time.

Plus I am taking part (racing) in the UKWA Windsurfing National series and will compete at locations all over the UK to raise funds for W4CR.

So please help me and W4CR as this year our fund raising target is £50,000 and once more we want to be able to help fund support for cancer research, education and cancer care to help those living with cancer.

Last year the funds raised for W4CR went to Cancer Research UK (Skin Cancer & Diet), Bright Research (gastrointestinal cancer) and Macmillan Cancer Support, all most worthy beneficiaries.

W4CR is a most worthy cause so I need your help please!
