Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Here we go again! Myself and numerous colleagues are walking along the Trent Valley Way from Nottingham to Newark Castle on the 9th June 2018 to raise money for breast cancer research at the University of Nottingham.

One in every nine women in the UK gets breast cancer in their lifetime. It is so common that we all know someone whose life has been touched by this disease. Breast cancer kills around 12,000 women each year, and that's 12,000 too many.

Nottingham's research to detect it early, stop it spreading and find the treatment that is right for each individual woman really can make a difference. Please sponsor me if you can - every little bit helps.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you for supporting us. Together we can help stop breast cancer in its tracks.
