Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you know I have been challenged by Kim Blackmore, my co trainer, to race her in the London 10K event. You will also know that for me to go running is something out of my previous awareness so it would be nice if you can reward my efforts appropriately (that means large sums of money!!)

The race will be the defining moment of mind over matter. Kim is training hard for this event - I am not. However I will win!!

So please give generously to my chosen charity which is the Salvation Army. The Salvation  Army was also previously off my radar until a very nice man, David Hinton, who is a very senior director of the charity ventured onto one of my courses and, explained to me what the Salvation Army actually did.

Needless to say they do stunning work all over the world and I thought it would be nice if we could do our little bit for them
