As some of you know, I'm doing the 10 mile Buba Great South Run on October 25th in Portsmouth. I'm doing it both as a personal challenge and to raise money for Kidney Research UK.

Kidney Research UK is a charity close to my heart as a loved one suffers from polycystic kidneys. Research into this and similar diseases is making progress. I want to help raise money so this wonderful research can continue... and you can help by sponsoring me!!!!!

Training is going well, I haven't quite given up drinking but I've been doing extra running to make up for it. Since moving down to London I've joined a gym to avoid being attacked while late-night running round the north-circular! This has proved to be successful, with a spot of personal training for extra support.
