A MASSIVE WELL DONE to everyone today! You all looked fantastic and you certainly made me proud to be a Buggyfit Trainer!

Buggyfit is an outdoor PostNatal Exercise Class for Mums & Babies. Classes are in Northwich, Altrincham and Appleton. Safe and effective run by qualified instructor Emma Dart Mum to Poppy who is 5 years old. We're all local Mums and love to exercise and keep fit!

Working out is what keeps us sane sometimes and so we thought we'd do what we do best and complete the 5km silly socks fun walk for a great cause - helping those children who aren't as healthy as ours.

The Joshua Tree is a local Charity started by a Mum who's son developed Leukaemia when he was only 4 years old. The charity is focused on building a holiday home in Sandiway for families with children with life threatening illnesses. A place where they can go for a FREE short holiday away from the hospitals and clinics. Children with leukaemia have low immunity and all the activities we take for granted, playbarns, swimming, partys, cafes, restaurants, cinema and going on holiday are not allowed. Can you imagine?

We all understand that the current climate makes it hard to support charities, however as a "Buggyfit Team" it means that the demands on individual families is much less!

We would really appreciate if you can give as much as you can. It can be as little as a  £1, it all counts and we thank you!
