The challenge….

 London to Newcastle in 4 days

Marble Arch to The Angel of the North

300 miles to cover


The Itinerary…..

o DAY 1. London – Peterborough (100 miles approx)

o DAY 2. Peterborough – Doncaster (95 miles approx)

o DAY 3. Doncaster - Bromton-on-Sweale (80 miles approx)

o DAY 4. Bromton-on-Sweale – Angel of the north (43 miles approx)


The Team - 15 guys and gals from CYE Sailing Centre 9 cyclists (aged 19 – 38) + support team (including Bethany – 5 weeks old).


The cause…..

CYE’s new ship project. We are in the final stages of the new ship and we need your help to reach our overall target of £1.1 million.

About the charity

Providing a broad challenge to develop young people through adventurous activities in a Christian Environment. Sailing, canoeing and land-based activities provided. Operated by dedicated staff and volunteers catering for schools, youth groups and individuals. Children and adults accommodated.
