On October 18th I will be attempting to run the Amsterdam marathon to raise money for Worldwide Cancer Research.

Worldwide Cancer Research is a charity which funds research into all types of cancer, anywhere in the world, operating 24/7. As we all know someone who has been affected by cancer, I feel it is a very important and worthy charity.

My fundraising goal is £1100 so even the smallest donations will help. And I am aiming to run the marathon in under 4 hours, a very ambitious target, so I should probably start training. 

I apologise in advance as I'm sure I won't stop talking about the marathon over the next 6 months.
