I'm finally taking on the Great Eastern Run to put all these knee operations through their pace on the 10th of October.

I am running for the Down's Syndrome Association (DSA), which supports people with Down's syndrome.

Two babies are born every day with Down's syndrome. Through information and support for people with Down's syndrome, their families and professionals, the DSA helps these people live full and rewarding lives.

Anything you can give would be greatly appreciated for this worthwile cause.
