Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I am entering the 60-mile Capital to Coast Bike Ride on Sunday 27th June 2009, and am after your Sponsorship again!

This is the sixth year running I am doing this ride, and it is always a great day out on the bike while raising money for a great cause.

Please dig deep and sponsor me online. Norwood is a great cause, as they offer help and support to families and adults with various learning disabilities. I have a personal commitment as my eldest son, James, has Down's Syndrome, and Norwood do great work for families whose lives are affected by this condition.
