Please sponsor me to run (or maybe walk/limp...) the Royal Parks Half Marathon on the 11th of October. I'd like to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK and in doing so, also make sure I feel sufficiently under pressure to complete the run! I appreciate some of you wouldn't find this so much of a challenge, but I assure you it'll come close to breaking me!

About 1 in 20 women and 1 in 18 men develop bowel cancer in their lifetime and Bowel Cancer UK aims to save lives by raising awareness, campaigning for best treatment and care and providing support and advice. So please dig deep and donate!
