I will be concurring my worse fear and swimming with great whites in Australia  for my sister/mother in  memory of an amazing amazing man that’s life was sadly to short please read below. 

A few years ago my families life got turned upside down with the news my sisters dad/Toby’s and mine had sadly taken his life. 

This news came to a complete shock to us as he has lived an amazing life back packing around the world and enjoying everything life brought to him.

He referred to himself as “Peterpan” never wanted to grow old. 

His smile was always electric and he never appeared down.

His voice was positive and so was his words.

NEVER trust a smile.

Whilst suicide is something that is been more commonly discussed.  Suicide remains the most common cause of death for men aged 20-49 in the UK. WE NEED TO AS A TEAM RAISE AWARENESS.

What mental health needs is -more sunlight, more candor more unashamed conversation.
