Wow thanks to everyone for their support and being so kind donating so much. It means a great deal to the nice people at Paul Sartori and they a VERY grateful :)

Well i managed it, was tough and the terrain in and around Beijing was mountainous to say the least. My legs were ready to give up on me one day but thanks to all your kind words of support i conquered some big mountains on the way and had a fantastic experience.

Trainings going well and i'm getting more excited as the trip draws near...

I'm taking part in a charity bike ride that will start in the village of Yanqing, north of Beijing city. Each day I will cycle approximately 50kms - 90kms in the shadows of the Great Wall, visiting ancient Ming Tombs and Black Dragon Pools National Park along the way. 

It's going to be a fantastic experience. Now unlike a great deal of these charity events I'm funding the trip myself so ALL of your donations WILL go direct to the Paul Sartori Foundation and help people suffering from illness in Pembrokeshire.

Thank you and wish me luck, I think i'm going to need it
