To all who loved Carly,

Carly asked that instead of flowers at her funeral people might like to make a donation to Micheal Sobell Hospice. 

The care and support given to Carly and her family by this Charity was amazing. Staff went the extra mile to make special memories for Carly and her family, especially Lily and Matthew, during her stays at the hospice. Bringing in ponies to groom and organising movie nights. 

The kindness and care of the Micheal Sobell staff was so appreciated and Carly wanted this recognised with donations to this very important organisation so that others may benefit from the support.

Carly was an inspiration to us all, and although she would say she wasn’t brave, or extraordinary. She was. Beyond a doubt. Brave and inspiring and oh so kind and generous.

For Carly, rest in peace ❤️
