I'm training and cycling as any miles as I can over the last few months so I can do this fund raising ride for GOS on 30 July.  Earlier this year they took incredibly good care of the baby son of one of my partners, they saved my life when I got appendicitis aged 2, and they have helped so many other children and their families.   I'd like to say thank you to them, and also mark my 60th birthday by cycling further in one day than I've ever done before!
