Hi everyone - thanks for taking the time to come to this page..

It started as a joke by others, but now I find I am actually doing the BUPA Great Manchester Run. Whilst a 10K run might be a stroll in the park before breakfast for some of you, 6 weeks ago I couldn't run 1k without coughing and spluttering - so I promise you I will have to work hard! And its for a great charity - NSPCC - so please dig as deep as you are able, if you feel like giving me a push  .......xxx
