I've tended to watch from the sidelines, sponsoring others but not getting involved. So finally, I decided to do something about it and got off my backside, onto my bike.

Why St Mungos? Well, we've worked with them for the past two years and I've been so impressed by what they do, working with people whose lives have fallen apart and helping them to rebuild their confidence and put things back together, step by step. It's not glamorous, but it's effective, and with homeless numbers on the rise, they really need our help.
