I decided to celebrate my Batmitzvah by joining the twinning programme with Yad Vashem to remember a girl named Alice Chana Grunwald( a girl with one of my ancestors surnames who perished in the Holocaust).  Alice was 10 years old when she was murdered at Auschwitz.  She was not fortunate to live to the age of becoming Batmitzvah.  She came from Vienna(3 of my grandparents who fled the Nazis came from Vienna). I am so lucky to be able to celebrate my Batmitzvah and wanted to raise money for this worthwhile charity.  Please help me to raise much needed funds to educate those who need educating about the holocaust and help Yad Vashem do their amazing work.
