I'm supporting my 11-year old nephew Ben who is uni-cycling 16 miles on the 15th May to raise funds for the Anaphylaxis Campaign. I will be running the Manchester 10k on the 16th May for the same charity.

Ben is a peanut allergy sufferer himself so knows only too well the good work that this Campaign is doing.
