Knitting has been a big feature in my Habt Reversal Training - a new treatment to help alleviate the symptoms of Tourette Syndrome - providing a sense of calm and helping keep my hands busy!

On the 17th March I will be joining a host of knitters in an attempt to smash the world record for the largest number of people knitting simultaneously for 15 minutes.
