Last December, a dear friend of mine lost his son, John, through cancer.  Macmillan Nurses did a tremendous job to help John and his family during the last few weeks of his life.  I will run in the memory of John on Sunday 20 June in Regent's Park and hope to collect as much as possible for the benefit of Macmillan Cancer Support to ensure that they can continue their work.
