After the fun of the Zumbathon at Twickenham it's time to shimmy and shake for another challenge.  This time I'm being joined by some friends in order to remember a really marvolous lady, and to raise some money for a really good cause. Raising money for the Pink Ribbon Foundation charity,  Pink Aerobics at Hyde Park is a chance to get out in the fresh air and do a bit of exercise all in the name of keeping fit and doing your bit for charity. With a number of famous faces set to take part, this years mass aerobics event sees LessBounce and Breast Cancer Campaign encouraging women to take part, and raise valuable funds for this important charity.
