Having taken part in the Great Manchester Run for the last three years we decided it was time to take our training a step further and have challenged ourselves to run the Great North Run 2009!  Its not going to be easy as none of us have taken part before but we're all training really hard and hope you'll be very generous and support us and our fantastic charity The Stroke Association
