We decided to get together as a team this year and raise money for the SSPCA's Rehabilition Center they are building in Drumoak by running the Baker 10k on the 23rd May 2010.

At present rescued animals must go to Inverness or Dundee to be re-habilitated and re-homed. The new centre will have 20 Cat pens, 20 dog pens and 6 stables for rescued horses and farm animals, as well as an education center which local schools can visit.

While a few of the team are keen runners and have ran a 10k before, we have managed to sign up a few newbies who at the moment don't run at all.

Whatever we raise, Champion will match so dig deep :)
