I’ve decided to take on the challenge of running the full London marathon in aid of Camp Simcha!!

 Camp Simcha is a unique organisation that exists to support and improve the quality of life for Jewish families in the UK, coping with serious childhood illness. It does this by providing more than 23 practical and emotional support services 24/7 for all family members, as well as powerful positive experiences for the children, their siblings and the entire family!

These support services and positive experiences create an environment of relief, joy and normality that help keep families together during unfortunate times of extreme stress and turmoil.

Having been involved in camp Simcha for the last couple years, I’ve experienced their retreats, outings and day camps. I’ve also had the privilege of being a big sister, and been able to see, first hand, how the money that people donate is vital, ensuring that this special organisation is able to provide for families and children in need.

I will be running a mammoth 26 miles/42km and I know that this will be a challenging feat. However, I’ve decided to push myself to take on this challenge in order to raise as much as I can for an amazing cause that is so close to my heart.
