Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Harry and I busked on bagpipes last weekend to salute our NF1 warrior and friend Ellis Penfold and to raise much needed funds to support the work of the charity Funny Lumps.

Funny Lumps supports children and families affected by Neurofibromatosis 1 (NF1).  This disorder affects more than 1in 3,000 births in the UK yet many people are not aware of it. It is a genetic condition that can cause tumours to grow anywhere along the nervous system, scoliosis, pseudo arthritis, learning difficulties and more.

Hard to say, even harder to live with - this is why Funny Lumps exists - to help make the lives of children and their families with this condition, easier. Funny Lumps provides invaluable support and brings children with NF1 together.

Please help us to support the amazing work that they do. Thank you so much.
