Hello All!
I'm the current LSE Raising and Giving Society's President for this academic year, and I thought what better way to join in with our society's activities than to jump out of a plane at 13,000 feet!!
I decided to specially raise for the Huntington Disease Association, as this disease is in my family, and my father was diagnosed with this genetic, hereditary disease 4 years ago.
Since then my life has been turned upside down and inside out and my family have felt the pressure and frustration of coping with this disease which is non-curable and terminal.
I thought the best way to overcome my stress, anxiety and emotional pressure about this disease is to fight it straight on - be strong, powerful and brave... throwing myself out a plane as a symbol of the fact this disease will not ruin mine or my family's life.
Please support me and my positivism about overcoming this disease... please donate generously - I will be so grateful for your help!
Love to you all, always,
Charlotte xXx
