Tim and I will be attempting our first triathlon this year and will be raising money for Crohn's and Colitis UK (formerly NACC).

These diseases affect about 1 person in every 400 in the UK and are generally chronic conditions which can dramatically affect people's day to day lives. Crohn's and Colitis UK works to provide support to sufferers and their families as well as funding vital research (medical, social and psychological).
