Hello Family and Friends

As many of you know, our Henry has Coeliac Disease     

… an autoimmune disease caused by gluten  intolerance, and managed by a life long gluten free diet…

Sometimes Henry says this is bad ‘when I can’t have a piece of birthday cake at a friends party’. Sometimes he says it is not so bad  “when the only choice on a restaurant menu is adult size steak and chips”

On October 10^th Cheryl (…Bez.. Bezza…Beryl…) is running The Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise money for Coeliac UK , which has been a fantastic help to us. If you would like to sponsor Cheryl’s run please sign up !
