Hi Guys & Gals,

I must be bonkers doing this.........however, it's going to help many people who are going through a tougher time (than running a Marathon).

1 in 4 of us will suffer a mental health issue. People like Jack Dee, Tommy Cooper, Buzz Aldrin, Sir Winston Churchill, Gwyneth Paltrow - yep......ordinary, intelligent, talented folk like them.

I'm running for those people who need support in their lives right now........

Speaking as someone who's been there and was lucky enough to have had the support of friends and family, I'm running for those people who don't.......those people who look to organisations like Impact Workability, who can and do support them.
