It's all over!  I did it.   3 hours 40 minutes and 12 seconds.  What an amazing day, with tremendous support from everyone and such excellent organisation by the US Marine Corps.  Sunny but cool, 22,000 runners and thousands more supporters lining the streets. The last few miles were hard on my knees but thankfully there was no wall.  Must be all that fabulous carbo loading provided by my wonderful wife who, with my 3 gorgeous children, were cheering and willing me on as I passed the Lincoln Memorial.  Great setting and a memory I will treasure for ever.
