Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice provides care for over 200 children and families suffering from life limiting and life threatening conditions resident in South Yorkshire, North East Derbyshire, North Nottinghamshire and parts of North Lincolnshire. The Hospice has 8 children's rooms and 7 family rooms and provides specialist care from sensory, music and hydrotherapy. There are also some fun activity areas such as the messy play, soft play and games rooms. They also  provide a "hospice at home" service where the care team go into children's homes to provide one to one care or appropriate support. The Hospice is estimated to cost £2.5 million per year and public support and donations are vital to its continued success.
