In April 2016, I had a triple heart bypass operation which was necessary as I had acute heart failure. Once I was back home, I received help and support from Hearts&Souls. Their team of highly trained people offered a complete rehabilitation programme to aid my recovery. The team need ongoing funding to continue providing exercise sessions, equipment and advice which is vital to people recovering from heart surgery and other cardiac events and I am delighted to be able to help them in this way.
