I am looking forward to the London Marathon and have began a series of training sessions, I have been doing a few fun runs  5k and 10k races as well as my regular weekly 2 hourly runs.

My Sister Teresa who has MS is in Treetops a local home for MS suffers she has been suffering for over 20 years.

My aim is to raise as much as I can to help this Charity.
