Around a year ago, I lost someone close to me. Although he had many of his own struggles, he made it clear to me that he wanted me to raise awareness and help others, especially young people, with the mental health challenges that they are facing. His fighting spirit lives on and I hope by undertaking a charity skydive for Mind on 1st September 2022, I will be able to honour his legacy in some way. 

So many of us face mental health challenges but struggle to get the support we need. If not yourself, then your family, your friend, your coworker or your neighbour. Mind works tirelessly across the UK to provide support for those facing such challenges and raise awareness of mental health issues. Nobody should have to struggle alone. If your voice and reach has influence, use it for good.
