Alex and i are taking part in the great north run 2009. unlike Alex who is doing the great north run for the first time, this will be my third time doing the run.

 

We are both very excited about doing this, this year niiether of us have taken part in large volumes of physical activities so we think this will be a real challenge for us.

 

We ar doing this run in support of Children North East, a region childrens charity in north east of england. it is the oldest childrens charity in the North East. Their great work benefits under privelidged Children in the north east of england, find out more at: http://www.children-ne.org
