In June I'll be attempting the 9 Lakes in 9 Hours challenge, this involves a bike ride from Ambleside, followed by a trek over helvellyn and finished off by a 1.5mile canoe across Ulswater. With a bit of luck this will help me raise £1000 for the Hospices! Every little bit helps so please spare what you can. In return you'll get some pictures of me on the day, really regretting my decision!

In addition to this, the kind organisers of this years British Juggling Convention 2010 have pledged to donate 10% of any profit they make to my cause, thanks guys!
