I've decided to bite the bullet and run a marathon before I turn thirty and, let's face it, if I'm going to run one, it might as well be the big one! So, in April 2010 I'll be slipping into my trainers and pounding the streets of London in the Virgin London Marathon.

I've also pledged to run for the Outward Bound Trust, a great educational charity that uses outdoor experiences and challenges to help and develop young people. For over 65 years they've been inspiring thousands of young people to unlock their potential, raise their self-esteem and prepare them to face their future with confidence. Charitable donations support young people from a wide range of backgrounds and circumstances, for whom this experience is truly life changing. I hope to raise over £2000 for this superb charity!
