In June, a team of us will be taking to the water for 2 days to canoe down the River Medway from Allington to Gillingham (eekk!!). 

We're all doing it to raise money for mental health charity, Mind. A charity that supports everyone who need help or advice on anything to do with mental health.  

1 in 4 of us will suffer with a mental health problem each year and no one should suffer alone. I've had my personal challenges with mental health and want to make sure everyone knows help is out there if they need it.
