Crew are a hard working, award winning charity that reduces drug and alcohol harm by training volunteer peers to engage the community and running professional recovery and training services. For a tiny organisation, the impact they have on improving people's lives is incredible and I would like to support them to continue this great work with your help.           Additionally, this challenge is one which I'm eager to embrace. I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis a couple of years ago. Initially the symptoms were mild and didn't impact too much on my quality of life.  However, last year the symptoms and pain were so bad I was unable to walk let alone run. Life became very difficult and I lost a lot of my drive and confidence. However, last May I was very fortunate when I commenced on a clinical drug trial. Slowly my fitness and determination to succeed returned and I'm now keen to get back out there and push myself to the limit. I'm so grateful to have been given this opportunity and I intend on giving it my absolute best effort - because I can. So, please do dig deep and give generously folks-it's for a fantastic cause.
