<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.</p> <p>We will be taking part in the Great North Run on September 18th. This is a (hilly!) half-marathon. As if just running it wasn't hard enough, we have decided to wear fancy dress to add to the challenge (and give us an excuse for running slowly!). As you can see from the photo, Pete will be wearing a (very sweaty) gorilla outfit, and Christine will be wearing a rather attractive and not very aerodynamic banana outfit.</p> <p>Quite frankly, we will look rather ridiculous, and we would really appreciate your support to make our efforts as worthwhile as possible!</p> <p>We have chosen to run for Oxfam because they do great work in some of the world's most deprived areas, including the areas of Africa that are currently in the grip of a terrible famine.
