Background info:

Joe a 6 year old relative was admitted into Adelaide Hospital at the end of August and was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy, a serious heart condition. He had just moved to Adelaide, where his parents were due to spend a year whilst his dad worked there. The family have now returned to the UK to be back with family and friends and so that Joe can be under the care of Great Ormond Street, where his is awaiting a heart transplant. Please follow the link to see the great work GOSH do and how much they need these funds.
