Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My name is Chris and I am the Fundraising Admin at WDP. I go to the gym a couple of times a week but I rarely run.

I have managed to run 5K so far in around 30 minutes which is definitely the furthest I have run in my life.

I hope to be able to double this by May and I am aiming to run the whole 10k in under an hour. So sponsor me via the Just Giving button and help me to run the whole 10k or 6.21 miles, your choice.

Follow my training upto the run Via twitter at: www.twitter.com/cmonks10k

*Update*

Ran 6K last week new best for me. It did take my legs 3 days to recover but today I'm going to try 6K again, I might push 7K if I'm feeling adventurous!! 22/2/10

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
